Andrei Smirnov (Russian: Андрей Смирнов; born September 19, 1969) is a retired Russian professional footballer. He made his professional debut in the Soviet Second League for FC Okean Nakhodka.[1] He played more than 200 games for Okean, third to Vasili Grytsan and Oleg Garin.[2]
